| With the snObama Vacation Giveaway, your vacation or cruise package is FREE by booking your vacation or cruise package with us between December 10, 2008 and January 13, 2009 AND there is accumulated snowfall of six inches or more on the day of President-Elect Obama's inauguration. |

| The snow measurement will take place at the Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. on January 20, 2009 by Weather Watch, an independent weather recording service. Six inches or more of snow must fall at the Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. for eligible customers to receive their free vacation or cruise package. |

| Whether or not it snows six inches or more on Inauguration Day, customers still come out as the ultimate winners due to Traveloni's industry leading rebate program, which guarantees that customers will pay the lowest possible price for their vacation or cruise package. |

How Can We Make This Giveaway? |
| It's simple. We have purchased insurance to cover everyone's vacation or cruise package cost in the event that it snows six inches or more. If you play golf, it's just like hole-in-one insurance at a charity event. Bottom Line....we want it to snow six inches or more, so that everyone can get a FREE vacation or cruise, because we've already paid for the insurance. |

- Void outside the U.S. or where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws apply.
- You must be 21 years or older to enter and be a resident of one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia to qualify. However, all passengers, including children, are eligible for the rebate.
- Booking period begins at 12:01am on December 10, 2008 and ends at 11:59pm on January 13, 2009.
- All bookings must be fully paid by January 13, 2009. Bookings that are not fully paid by this date will not qualify for the snObama Vacation Giveaway. All payments are final and non-refundable.
- Your vacation or cruise package will be FREE if it snows six inches or more at the Capitol Building in Washington D.C. on January 20, 2009, as measured by WeatherWatch. January 20, 2009 is the measurement date and the giveaway will not be impacted if President-Elect Obama's inauguration does not occur or is changed to a different date.
- Air only purchases, fly/drive vacation packages, Apple Square Deals and domestic travel offerings do not qualify for the snObama Vacation Giveaway.
- If all booking conditions are met and it snows six or more inches at the Capitol Building in Washington D.C. on January 20, 2009, as measured by WeatherWatch, then you will receive a rebate check from Traveloni.com. Rebate checks will be issued following both the receipt of the insurance proceeds from the underwriter and within one week following your departure date.
- Traveloni.com and it's parent company are not responsible for any damages or injury incurred as a result of winning. The snObama Vacation Giveaway does not constitute insurance and your right to receive a rebate is not dependent upon or linked to any actual loss that you may suffer.
- The snObama Vacation Giveaway is non-transferrable and non-assignable.
- By entering the snObama Vacation Giveaway, all entrants agree that Traveloni.com has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the snObama Vacation Giveaway, may modify the terms at any time of the snObama Vacation Giveaway based upon customer experiences and their determination of winners is final and binding.
