- If I book online or book directly with a Traveloni agent, do I still qualify for the promotion?
Yes, bookings made on our website or with a Traveloni agent both qualify.
- Are there any travel black-out dates?
There are no black-out or restricted dates. The promotion applies to all departure dates.
- Is there a form I need to fill out to enter the promotion?
There are no forms to fill out. You are automatically entered into the promotion, but you must meet all the booking requirements to qualify.
- Does this promotion apply to all passenger types?
Yes, it applies to everyone that is traveling including children.
- Do I receive a FULL rebate on everything that I book for a successful promotion?
Yes, you receive a full rebate, including taxes, fees, port charges, fuel surcharges and insurance to name a few.
- When do I receive my rebate for a successful promotion?
We expect to get our insurance proceeds within 30 days after January 20, 2009. Once we receive our insurance proceeds, we will mail out rebate checks to all customers who have already departed on their vacation or cruise. Then, we will mail rebate checks on Monday of each subsequent week for departures up to the previous Sunday.
- If there are more than one adult listed on one invoice, does everyone get a rebate check for a successful promotion?
One check will be issued to the lead customer in the invoice for the total rebate amount for all travelers.
- Can multiple payment types be used to fully pay for my booking by January 13, 2009?
Only credit card payments and gift certificates can be used for this promotion.
- Do I still qualify for your 5% vacation rebate for my promotion booking?
Yes, that is an added benefit to booking with Traveloni. Please see our rebate page for details.
